Shipping Information

At Howller, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your selected delivery address.

During peak periods, holidays, or times of high order volume, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been dispatched and reflect the expected transit time with the carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Please refer to the estimated shipping times for your country at checkout or on the tracking page once your order has been shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons, holidays, and other busy periods, carriers may experience delays in transit or tracking updates that are outside of our control. For international shipments, customs processing may also cause unexpected delays.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is correct and complete. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details may result in processing delays or order cancellation.

If our system detects a possible address issue, our support team may contact you by email within 3 business days of your order being placed to confirm your shipping details. If we do not receive a response within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at support@howller.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make changes, but we cannot guarantee updates can be made after this time.

Delayed Delivery

At Howller, we understand that timely delivery matters. While we work hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible, some delays may happen due to circumstances outside of our control.

Examples include severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs delays, carrier issues, address verification problems, product availability issues, or payment processing delays. If we become aware of any issue affecting your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Please note that Howller is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. However, we will always do our best to support you and provide updates when possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our direct control.

If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us at support@howller.com and we will do our best to assist you. We also recommend contacting the carrier directly to start a claim, as most shipping companies have their own claims process for lost or stolen deliveries.

While Howller is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do everything we reasonably can to help you work toward a resolution. In some cases, if a package cannot be recovered, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

If the carrier is unable to locate the package, you may also wish to file a police report if theft is suspected.

Howller reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the most current version of this policy before making a purchase and continuing to use our products.
