Refund Policy

At Howller, we are committed to providing products that help dogs get the extra care they need during the harder days, whether that means stiffness, soreness, slower movement, or recovery support at home. We believe in the value of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before deciding on a return. If you are still not satisfied after 14 days and are within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at support@howller.com.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After that time, your order may already be in processing, and we may not be able to make changes.

If your order is canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products and encourage you to give them a fair try for at least 14 days so you can fully experience the benefits of Howller. If you are still unhappy and would like to return your item, you may do so after the 14-day trial period, as long as it is still within the 60-day guarantee window.

Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

To start a return, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at support@howller.com. To help us process your request faster, please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used when placing the order.

Damaged Items

We take care to package all orders securely to help prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or is physically broken. Damage to outer packaging alone, such as a dented box, will not be considered product damage if the product itself is still in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please email support@howller.com and include a clear photo showing the damage. We will review the issue and determine whether you qualify for a replacement at no cost.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to make sure your order arrives on time. However, we are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control, including delays caused by the courier, customs, or other shipping-related issues.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the fastest assistance. Howller is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If the wrong address is used and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, you may not be eligible for a resend or refund.
